The Parish Council meet in March, May, September and December at the Upleadon Village Hall, from 7:30 PM. The Parish Council meet at other times of the year usually to consider Planning applications as and when they are submitted from the Forest of Dean District Council for consultation purposes. The agenda is posted on the Village Notice Board and also here on the website. Parishioners are more than welcome to attend. There is a short period at the beginning of meetings where Parishioners can speak to Agenda items.
